All Pon Addict orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
Shipping options and prices will be shown at checkout where available. I package plants carefully and send them in a way that gives them the best chance of arriving safely, but please remember that live plants are still living things and may experience some stress during transit.
Plant Shipping
Plants are packed with care to protect the roots, leaves, and growing points as much as possible. Depending on the plant, size, weather, and current condition, I may adjust the packing method to keep it as safe as possible during transport.
I do not ship plants if I believe the weather or plant condition makes shipping unsafe. If there is a delay because of this, I will contact you before sending the order.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched as soon as possible, but live plant orders may be held briefly if conditions are not suitable for shipping. This helps avoid plants sitting in transit during poor weather, postal delays, or over weekends where possible.
Alternative Shipping Arrangements
Royal Mail is my standard shipping option.
If you would prefer a different shipping arrangement, please message me on Instagram before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times and handling are outside of my direct control. I will always package orders carefully, but I cannot control postal delays, missed deliveries, depot storage conditions, or how parcels are handled in transit.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Pon Addict is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Problem Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos of the packaging, plant, and any damage.
Please do not throw away the packaging before contacting me, as it may be needed for a claim or review.
International Shipping
Pon Addict currently ships to UK addresses only.
International shipping is not available at this time. This includes orders outside the United Kingdom, even if the customer is willing to arrange or pay for international postage.
Live plants are subject to import rules, phytosanitary requirements, customs inspections, and delays that are outside my control, so I am not able to offer international shipping through the shop.
